Why can’t I download my MP3?
If you're using an iPhone, iPad or iPod, Apple puts restrictions on downloading MP3s and there is an extra step involved. When downloading to your device, you will need to download the MP3 to your personal computer first, and then use iTunes to transfer it to your device. If you click directly on the link from your device, it will simply play but will not download.
*It is also important to make sure that your MP3 has finished downloading before opening the file.
Please contact us if you continue to have difficulties with the download.
How do I download the MP3?
Once you have submitted payment, you will see a blue button that says “Access Digital Content.” Clicking on that button will take you to your download page. Click on the blue link to download the MP3 to your computer.
Should I click "save" or "open"?
Please save the MP3 and take note of where the file saves to.
Where did the MP3 download go on my computer?
On Windows:
When you download files, Windows usually saves them in the Downloads folder, which is located under your username in the Users folder on the drive where Windows is installed (for example C:\users\your name\downloads). When you are saving the file, you can choose to save it to a different folder. If you're not sure where the file was saved, you can search for it from the Start menu.
On a Mac:
The default folder for downloaded files on a Mac is the Downloads folder. You can usually find the Downloads folder in the lower right-hand corner of the screen in your Dock. Or, from the Finder, click Go from the menu bar and select Downloads.
How do I import the MP3 into iTunes?
iTunes helps you add MP3 files on your computer directly to your iTunes library. To import your MP3 into iTunes, follow the steps below:
-
Open iTunes.
-
From the File menu, choose: Add to Library.
-
Navigate to and select the file that you want to add.
What if I don’t like the MP3? Can I get a refund?
We guarantee your satisfaction with our high-quality white noise MP3s. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and you notify us within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. No questions, no hassle – just your money back and you get to keep the MP3. The goal is to help you reduce stress so we want to make sure your experience is a good one.
Do you sell CDs?
Unfortunately no. CDs are expensive to produce and therefore expensive to sell and ship. Many computers are capable of burning MP3 files onto CDs these days. If you google 'how to burn a CD' you will get instructions on how to do this.
Are the MP3s high quality?
Yes, the 75 minute MP3s are encoded at 256 kbps and the 10 hour MP3s are encoded at 128 kbps. The 10-hour version is lower in quality (but barely noticeable to the human ear) because the file size would take up too much space on most mobile devices. The current size is approximately 500MB.
